Sneak Peak
Okay so as promised here is a sneak peak as to what Ive been working on in the girls room. Its a Chinese paper lantern with 1200 coffee filters glued to the outside. YES I said 1200. Then the light is a little something I rigged up from the AS IS bin at Ikea Grand total $14 minus the gift card for Ikea = a whooping $5 for the coffee filters. I love it and so do Tayah and Isabelle which means it was a success. My hubby likes it minus the fact that he always has to duck to go under because it is so HUGE.

ReplyDeleteHey Elissa I found a lamp shade that was done with coffee filters and then searched to see if it could be done with anything else and the list was endless. Doug would be like Paul he would probably hit his head on it....but its so pretty and the pictures don't really do it justice.
